Christmas at the deCoste ~ Vendor Information & Application Form

We’re thrilled to announce that Christmas at the deCoste is back for another exciting year! Following the tremendous success of the last two years’ fairs, with over 40 vendors and nearly 1,400 over two festive days, we’re gearing up to make 2026 even better. Thanks to the overwhelmingly positive feedback, we’re expecting many returning vendors and are eager to welcome new ones as well!

We invite you to participate in our annual Christmas Craft Trade Show at the deCoste. This event is a great opportunity to promote and sell your products or services to our many attendees.

(Note: Products normally sold through home presentation sales are not permitted; i.e. Tupperware, Stella & Dot; Norwex, Epicure, etc.)

Event Details:

  • Craft Fair Dates: Saturday, November 14 & Sunday, November 15, 2026. 10am - 4 pm (both days)

  • Vendor Load-In: Friday, November 13, 2026 | 2 pm - 8 pm

    SPACE IS LIMITED TO 40-45 vendors, depending on requested space, and will be AWARDED on a FIRST-COME, FIRST- PAID basis (after approval of application).  Anyone cancelling one week before the event will only be refunded the full application fee if the spot can be filled on short notice by another vendor (taken from a wait list), enabling the spot to be filled. If no replacement can be made, only 1/2 of the funds will be refunded.

Once you receive your approval, you can then arrange to pay for your space.

Partial payments may be arranged by contacting our Box Office staff.

  • 1st installment due by July 31

  • 2nd installment due by August 28

  • Final payment due by September 30

FLOOR SPACE DETAILS
Single Booth Floor Space: 6’ X 10’ = $150
Booth & ½ Floor Space: 9’ x 10’ or 6’ x 15’= $225
Double Booth Floor Space: 6’ x 20’ = $300

14% Taxes charged on all floor space. 

TABLES (optional)
2.5’ x 5’ @ $10 each
(Limited # of tables available & must be reserved on application form. Vendors can bring their own)

POWER REQUIREMENTS & CHAIRS ARE FREE BUT MUST BE INDICATED ON FORM.

LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT ASSISTANCE

We will be enlisting volunteers to provide vendors with assistance on Friday and Sunday, unloading and loading for an additional fee of $10. Please let us know if you require assistance by checking off the appropriate spot on the form.

PLEASE NOTE: When clicking on the "Apply Now" button, a PDF with this information will appear, and a  "Start Filling" button will be there to click to go to the application form. The same information will appear again, and by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking "NEXT," which will take you to the actual fillable application form. Once it is completed and submitted, a notification will be received by the deCoste, to be reviewed for final approval.  It may take 3-5 business days. Once confirmation of acceptance for the event is received,  you can make arrangements for payment via the method indicated on the form.
