The Caladh Marquee Tent Site is Back!

Welcome to the deCoste Performing Arts Centre!
We’re thrilled to announce that, in partnership with the Town of Pictou, we're returning to the popular Caladh Marquee Tent Site at 27 Creighton Street in Pictou this summer. Following last year’s success during the Pictou 2023 Anniversary Celebrations, we’re excited to bring back weekly shows featuring artists like Matt Minglewood, Dave Gunning, and The Barra MacNeils. In addition, the Town of Pictou and Pictou Lobster Carnival will host complimentary shows at the Marquee Mainstage. Secure your seat with a ticket obtained through our box office (online, in-person or over the phone) and consider donating to support the costs of these fantastic events.
We’re also preparing for a grand return to the deCoste venue this September, featuring an expanded parking area, a spacious new west addition for offices and storage, a stunning public art project, an enhanced loading dock, and a fully renovated theatre. Our 10,000+ sq. ft. expansion includes a modern public library and additional shared spaces. Accessibility has been greatly enhanced.
Several of our fall shows are already on sale, including performances by the Men of the Deeps, Jim Cuddy, Symphony NS, David Myles, and Yesterday Once More. Expect more announcements all summer. We deeply appreciate your support during our "On The Road" tour and thank the staff at all the venues that hosted us.
