Every event is unique, so it is impossible to price all scenarios. Our basic rental pricing follows
Basic Rental
- For-profit client - $750
- Not-for-profit client - $500
Technical Services
- Basic audio and lighting - $250
- Advanced requirements can be priced upon request
Custodial
- Basic set-up/tear-down and clean-up - $100
Box Office Services
- Tickets for deCoste events must be sold through the deCoste box office.
- A 4% box office fee is charged on ticket sales.
Ticketing Fees
When setting your ticket prices, please be aware that a $2 capital improvement fee and a $1 ticket network fee will be added.
HST - Sales Tax
15% sales tax is charged on all sales.
