We are thrilled to share that BUFFALO has already been submitted to 11 film festivals this year. Before the film begins its festival journey, we are honoured to host its premiere here at home at the deCoste Performing Arts Centre.
This powerful documentary follows Michelle’s journey as she crafts a drum using buffalo hide sourced from Verhagen Bison Farms. Created in collaboration with students from the Pictou County Forest School, BUFFALO explores the connection between community, learning, the natural world, and the spirit of the land.
