Our beautifully expanded and renovated venue opened in September of 2024. Enhancements include many sound/lighting/video improvements, new carpeting and curtains, a fresh coat of paint, an expanded and upgraded kitchen, expanded parking and washrooms, many accessibility features, amazing public art throughout the building and the addition of the Murray Family Public Library.
New deCoste Chairs
We have also replaced our theatre seating, which was over 15 years old. After an exhaustive search, we found a perfect professional theatre chair that also has the flexibility to be used for the many other types of events we host (meetings, weddings, awards banquets, graduations, etc.). This premium seat, pictured here, costs $250 more than the regular stackable chairs we have used in the past.
In addition to our new building and seating, we have a bold new vision with our Arts for All program. We will continue to grow by working with local partners to broaden access to arts experiences in our community. To do this, we need your help. We have reached the 65% mark of our $100,000 goal in this impactful “Please Be Seated” fundraiser. - Contribution to purchasing one seat with a tax receipt for $250.
