The Stadacona Band of the Royal Canadian Navy, based in Halifax, is a full-time professional military band with a proud tradition of musical excellence spanning more than 75 years. This world-renowned band consists of some of Canada's finest musicians. This concert is presented to assist three school band programs (McCulloch Education Centre, West Pictou Consolidated and Dr. W.A. MacLeod Consolidated) to expand by raising funds to purchase new instruments for the students.
