Join us for a fun evening of songs, stories and laughter with three of the regions busiest and best artists.

Spyder Macdonald has been sharing his songs and good cheer for over 30 years, celebrating Pictou County’s rich history and stories. He has graced the deCoste stage hundreds of times and is in engaging, talented host and performer.

Doris Mason is a celebrated songwriter, pianist and a well-known performer on the East Coast music scene. Over the years she has successfully juggled a busy solo career, working as Musical Director for the hit touring shoe “DRUM!” and starred in Denny Doherty’s  “Dream a Little Dream” – a nearly true story of the Mamas and Papas.

Jason Brushett is a busy Pictou County Musician who weaves together a rich mix of original and traditional songs along with sing-along favourites. This is his first appearance in the Festival of Summer Sounds series, so let’s make him feel welcome.
